Repeat prescriptions
You can use Manage My Health to request a prescription online, or you can request it by phone 03 5468239.
Please always let us know which pharmacy to send the prescription to, as all prescriptions are emailed direct to pharmacies.
We ask for at least 48hrs to process your request. If you need a prescription urgently, do not use Manage My Health, please ring us instead.
Sometimes your Dr will ask you to make an appointment for your prescription. This is usually because you haven’t been seen for a while, or because there has been a change in your prescription that needs to be reviewed.
Test Results
We do not routinely contact you if your test results are normal. If you are registered on Manage My Health you are able to access your test results. If you prefer, you can phone us to speak with the nurse about test results.

We are taking limited enrolments. Please phone us to enquire. When you attend to enrol you will need to bring 2 forms of ID, one of which must be either a Passport (with appropriate visa/permit if non NZ passport), or NZ birth certificate. If you do not bring a passport then one of your IDs must be photo ID. If you have a Community Services Card please bring this.
